Communication Minister Karki directs Nepal Telecom to enhance quality of telecommunication services

Kathamndu: Communication Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki has stressed the need for quality enhancement of telecommunication services.

Addressing the 18^th-anniversary function of Nepal Telecom in Kathmandu today, minister Karki directed Nepal Telecom to improve the quality of service delivery.

The communication Minister added that the customers were deprived of the services as there was a delay in Nepal Telecom’s ‘Fiber to the Home service’ expansion.

He also emphasized on starting the test of five G service at the earliest after accomplishing the underground work of optical fiber on the Mid- hill highway and the National pride 4 G project.

Minister Karki also directed the officials of Nepal telecom to make the service competitive and techno-friendly by prioritizing the work of research studies.
