Circular to CDO and police chief not to leave district at once

January 8, Kathmandu: The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a circular to the Chief District Officer and district police chiefs to not leave their respective working districts at once.

Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand informed that a circular was issued not to leave the districts at once taking into consideration the security situation of the district.

Minister Khand said this while inaugurating the eighth departmental convention of Nepal Civil Service Employees Union at Home Ministry on Friday.

Noting that the Home Ministry is not like other ministries since it is of special nature to provide twenty-four-hour service, he acknowledged the staffers who devote their time to serve the people in difficult situations.
