Construction of Nijgadh Airport should not be delayed: PM Deuba

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the construction of Nijgadh Airport should not be delayed.

After the presentation of the master plan for Nijgadh Airport at the PM’s residence in Balwatar today, Prime Minister Deuba directed the concerned bodies to focus on upgrading Tribhuvan International Airport and Kathmandu along with Nijgadh Airport.

Speaking on the occasion, former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the construction work of Nijgadh Airport should be expedited as soon as possible.
