Panels formed to comment on political report and statute amendment draft furnish suggestions in National General Convention of CPN Maoist Centre

Kathmandu: Panels formed to comment on the political report and statute amendment draft proposal have furnished their suggestions in the ongoing National General Convention of the CPN Maoist Centre on Thursday.

25 Panels were formed on Monday to disuse the political report presented by Party Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and statute amendment draft proposal submitted by party leader Dev Gurung.

CPN Maoist Centre’s Publicity Department Secretary Govinda Acharya said Party Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda would respond to the queries raised over the documents on Friday. The Party Chair will respond to the concerns after the convention endorses the reports related to discipline, account and Election Commission.

It is reported that the closed session in the general convention will remain cantered to organizational structure of the party soon the session endorses the both documents after the responses from the party chair.

Meantime, the party held its standing committee meeting today after the panels commented on the political report and statute draft. The meeting discussed the suggestions received over the documents.
