Illegal goods worth Rs 15 million seized

December 27, Kathmandu: The District Police Office, Parsa has confiscated illegally imported goods worth 15 million Rupees in over a month and handed them over to the Customs Office and Revenue Investigation Office, Pathalaiya.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Ramesh Kumar Basnet shared that they put in place a campaign for checking illegally imported goods via custom checkpoint.

During the period, the police squad also arrested two persons in possession of 1.8 million Rupees with no sources established.
