Votes Counting underway of central members (open Category) under the 14th General Convention of Nepali Congress

Kathmandu: Counting of votes of open central members under the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress is underway at the party office, Sanepa.

Secretary of the Nepali Congress Election Committee Jagannath Shrestha informed that the counting of votes in 15 different groups is underway and the results will be out by 4 pm today.

According to Secretary Shrestha, Dr Shashank Koirala tops the list with the most votes.

There are 99 candidates for 35 open members of the Nepali Congress.
