PM Deuba stresses on unity among political parties on issues of national interests

Unity General Convention of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has commenced in Kathmandu today. Top leaders of various political parties have expressed their best wishes for the success of the General Convention of the party.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of unity general convention of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party on Wednesday, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba stressed on the need for unity and consensus among all political parties on national issues.

Also speaking on the occasion, CPN Maoist Center Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, CPN-Unified Socialist Chairperson Madav Kumar Nepal, and CPN UML Senior Vice-Chair Iswor Pokhrel among other leaders stressed on forging a common understanding on national concerns regardless of political differences.

Rashtriya Prajatantra Party Chair duos Kamal Thapa and Pashupathi Samsher Jabara said the general convention would further strengthen the unity in the party.
