Hearings on all cases determined in Supreme Court for Monday conclude

Hearings on all the cases determined in the Supreme Court for Monday have been concluded.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabara had determined 4 joint benches and 2 single benches for today. All the writs that went through the hearing procedure on Monday were related to habeas corpus.

A meeting of the Justices of the Supreme Court held this morning decided to hold hearings on the cases related to habeas corpus.

The Supreme Court justices had been boycotting the hearing for the last 8 days over the dispute with the Chief Justice.
