COVID-19 infection rate decreases by 60 percent in Nepal

The COVID-19 infection rate has decreased by 60 percent in Nepal in past one month.

The Ministry of Health and Population said the number of active infection cases has dropped to 15 thousand 9 hundred and 42 in September 23 from 40 thousand 3 hundred and 38 in August 23.

Health Ministry’s Spokesperson Dr Krishna Prasad Poudel attributed COVID-19 vaccines to the drop in the infection rate.
