Two Indian nationals arrested with an undisclosed Rs 9.5 million

Police have arrested two Indian nationals with Rs 9.5 million without disclosing the source.

A team deputed from Metropolitan Police Sector, Nagdhunga, nabbed Sagar Mali and Krishna Adhade of Maharastra, India, with the amount on Friday night during a routine security checkup of vehicles entering Kathmandu Valley.

A press release issued today by Kathmandu Metropolitan Range mentioned that Rs 4.5 million was seized from Sagar while Rs 5 million from Krishna.

Police said further investigation into the case is underway.
