Nepal Mask Campaign starts in Nepal

August 8, Kathmandu: A week-long National MaskCampaign has been started in Nepal.

The slogan of National Mask Campaign is “Wear Mask and Be a Responsible Citizen, Be safe from COVID-19 and Save Others.”

The Government has launched this campaign in a bid to aware people about preventive measures to be safe from Covid-19.

Giving a video message on the occasion, PM Deuba Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba said all sides’ efforts and cooperation would help control the spread of coronavirus.

Likewise, Inaugurating the campaign on Saturday, State Minister for Health and Population, Umesh Shrestha said cooperation from all walks of life was necessary to make the campaign successful.

State Minister Shrestha further said the government had been working to ensure vaccines for all citizens as soon as possible.
