Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli urges litterateurs to contribute for social development

July 10, Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged all the litterateurs to contribute for the social development of the Country through art and literature.
At a programme organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation at the official residence of the Prime Minister in Baluwatar on Friday, Prime Minister Oli said all the genres of art and literature should reflect the feeling of peace and Nepal’s uniqueness in its unity.

During the program, Prime Minister Oli also awarded various litterateurs and personalities from different national awards including national and provincial talent award-2077.
During the program PM, Oli conferred ‘Bhagat Sarbajit Manab Maryada National Award’ to, two institutions Informal Sector Service Centre and Jagaran Media Centre and Baitadi based dignitary Puran Singh Dayal.
Likewise, Gopal Prasad Rimal National Award’ was conferred to Prof Dr Devi Prasad Subedi and Sneha Sayami.
Similarly, Mahakabi Devkota National Award’ was conferred to Trilochan Acharya, Thakur Prasad Parajuli, Rambharos Kapadi Bhramar, Bund Rana and Mohan Duwal.
Each of the awards carries a letter of felicitation and a cash prize of one hundred rupees.
