Nepal Airlines bringing another shipment of oxygen cylinders from China

May 16, Kathmandu: An aircraft of the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) late on Sunday evening departed for Beijing, the capital of China, to bring back oxygen cylinders received in a grant from the Chinese government.
NAC, via its aircraft on Tuesday, had brought back 4oo oxygen cylinders from China as part of the Nepal government’s plan to import 20,000 oxygen cylinders from China to aid the oxygen supply to the coronavirus patients.
Similarly, a total of 560 oxygen cylinders was brought to the capital Kathmandu from Muscat, the capital of Oman on Sunday.
The cylinders were bought with the help of the Non-resident Nepalis Association (NRNA) in coordination with the Nepali Embassy in Muscat.
