Kathmandu valley administrations tighten ongoing prohibitory orders from today
Kathmandu, 6 May: The Kathmandu valley administrations have tightened the ongoing prohibitory orders from today.
The joint order issued by the three district administration offices has allowed to open the shops, departmental stores and food stores up to 9 am. But they will have to mandatorily follow the health safety protocols set by the government while operating the services.
Before this till Wednesday, the shops were allowed to open in the morning and evening.
Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, Kali Prasad Parajuli said the order was made to tighten the ongoing prohibitory order following the high risk of Covid 19 infection.
The order has come into effect from this morning. The valley administrations have already extended the prohibitory period till the 12th of May.
