Chemical fertilizer factory will be set up soon: Minister Aryal

March 17, Kathmandu: Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Padma Kumri Aryal has announced that after a chemical fertilizer company comes into operation in Nepal, the problems faced by farmer would be over.

Talking to radio Nepal on Wednesday, Minister Aryal said a report regarding setting up a chemical fertilizer factory had been prepared and the government would lead the programme in the coming fiscal year’s budget.

A task-force formed to study the feasibility of opening a fertilizer mill under the Coordination of Finance Minsiter Binshu Pd Paudel had submitted the report to PM. Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development Padma Kumari Aryal and Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Lekharaj Bhatta were the members of the task-force.
