CPN (UML) Chairperson and PM Oli and senior leader Nepal group hold discussion to resolve internal dispute

March 15, Kathmandu: A meeting has been held between the CPN (UML) Chairperson and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal group at the party central office in Dhumrabarahi on Monday.

Party’s spokesperson Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has informed that the meeting agreed to strike a common understanding for party unity. He said the meeting was positive, despite not reaching at a conclusion. He added that the talks would continue.

Spokesperson Gyawali says a base has been created to take the party ahead at a new pace on this foundation through dialogues.

Leader Gyawali stressed the need for strengthening the party and removing internal disputes by taking the court’s verdict to revive the UML as an opportunity.

In the meeting, the Nepal group however disagreed to decisions taken by the party central committee meeting on 12 March.

Similarly, also present in the meeting, Leader Bheem Rawal said the meeting discussed about possible ways for uniting the party.
