Nati Kaji made significant contribution to development and promotion of modern music in Nepal: President Bhandari

March President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said the veteran singer Nati Kaji Shrestha has made a significant contribution to the development and promotion of modern music in Nepal.

Addressing a ceremony to honour people contributing to the music sector of Nepal on the occasion of the 96^th Birth Anniversary of the veteran singer Natikaji at the Office of the President at Sital Niwas on Monday, President Bhandari lauded the role of later singer Nati Kaji for his contribution to establishing a unique identity of Nepali modern songs and music.

On the occasion, the President honored senior musician gf]a'{ lIfl/ª Lama with Natikaji Senior Artist Honor 2076 BS.
