Case filed against three for evading 153.6 million Rupees in revenue

March 1, Kathmandu: The Revenue Investigation Department on Sunday filed a case at Patan High Court against three individuals including proprietor of Gopal Flour Mill Suresh Kumar Rathi of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-9 for embezzling  revenue.

The Department has stated that they evaded revenue worth 153.6 million Rupees.

As per the Department’s investigation, they were found revealing less sales than the income to evade value added tax, gain tax and income tax.

The other alleged in the case are Suman Rathi and Girdharilal Agrawal of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-9.
