Secured social environment essential for children’s proper mental and physical growth: President Bhandari

February 28, Kathmandu: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari stresses on timely implementation of existing legal and policy level  programmes to impart quality equation and ensure education related physical infrastructures.

Talking part in a discussion programme at Shital Niwas on Sunday, President Bhandari said personality development of children should begin at home. She further said secured social environment was essential for children’s proper mental and physical growth.

Also taking park in the discussion, Education, Science and Technology Minister Krishna Gopal Shreshth committed to incorporated the suggestion received during the discussion in government’s programme and implement them as quickly as possible.
