PM Oli lays foundation stone for China-Nepal Friendship Industrial Park in Jhapa

February 28, Jhapa:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the government will hold dialogue with Netra Bikram Chand-led group to resolve the problems.

Laying the foundation stone for China-Nepal Friendship Industrial Park at Kamal Rural Municipality-7 in Jhapa district on Sunday PM Oli committed to resolving the problem of the Biplove-led group.

Today itself PM Oli laid foundation stone of 31 different bridges, inaugurated five different bridges, and claimed the development works have taken stride under his leadership.

Stating that Nepal has been recommended for its graduation to a developing country from the least developed country, the PM said that his priority would be to make the country self-reliant.

PM Oli welcomed the restoration of the House of Representatives and challenged to endorse a no-confidence motion against him.

PM also thanked the Government and people of China for financial assistance and cooperation for the construction of the park.

Also speaking on the occasion, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Basanta Kumar Nembang, said now no one would suffer for lack of bridges.

Likewise, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Lekh Raj Bhatta said with government setting up establishing industrial parks across the country, the country has entered an industrial era.
The Nepal-China Friendship Industrial Park is being set at the cost of 65 billion rupees. The park covers a large swath of Kamal-7, Gauradaha-5 and Damak -10 in Jhapa district.
