Nepal-Bangladesh youth conference kicks off in Kathmandu

February 27, Kathmandu: The fourth Nepal-Bangladesh Youth Conference has kicked off in Kathmandu on Saturday. The event was earlier delayed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The conference will witness discussion on Sustainable development goals (SDGs), climate change and mitigating measures and participation of youths in development activities among others.

Youth Development Centre and South Asia Partnership are organizing the event while the Embassy of Bangladesh, Nepal Tourism Board, and National Youth Council are cooperating for it.

The role of youths in promotion of trade between Nepal and Bangladesh will also be discussed thoroughly in the conference.
