We need to learn agriculture development and forest management from Israel : Minister Ale

January 26, Kathmandu: Minister for Forests and Environment Prem Bahadur Ale and Israel’s ambassador to Nepal, Hanan Goder have held talks on the subject of Israeli assistance in the development of agriculture and forest sectors of Nepal.

During the meeting held at the Ministry on Monday, the Minister for Forests and Environment urged the Israeli government to provide support for the development of the forest and agriculture sectors by establishing a herbal centre and by teaching the Nepali farmers about different Israeli forestry and agriculture methods and technologies.

Minister Ale said Nepal also showed interest in collaborating with Israel in the development of forestry sector in the coming days.

In the meeting, Israeli Ambassador Goder said Israel was keen to collaborate with Nepal in the development of forest as well as other sectors.
