PM Oli congratulates American Prez Biden, wishing stronger bilateral ties

January 21, Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has extended congratulations to Joe Biden on assuming the office as the 46^th President of the United States of America.

In a tweet at midnight on Wednesday, PM Oli wished President Biden a successful tenure at the office.

PM Oli also said he looked forward to working together with President Biden in further strengthening “traditionally warm and friendly ties” between the two countries.

American President Joe Biden assumed his office on Wednesday.  His running mate Vice-President- Kamala Harris also took the oath of office alongside Biden.

She is the first woman to hold the post of Vice-Presidency in more than 300 years of American history.
