Chief Election Commissioner Thapaliya calls political parties’ support for upcoming elections

January 17, Kathmandu: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has urged political parties to coordinate and support the upcoming elections for the House of the Representatives.

Holding election related discussions with political parties represented in the federal parliament and provincial assemblies on Sunday, Chief Election Commissioner Thapaliya urged the political parties to direct their party organizations in all levels to actively participation in the elections.

Informing about the ongoing preparations for the upcoming elections, the Chief election Commissioner stressed on the need of active participation of the political parties.
