Citizen App would help boost governance in country: PM Oli

January 15, Kathmandu: PM KP Sharma Oli has said the Citizen App unveiled on Friday would help to boost governance in the country.

Giving his video message on the occasion of unveiling the app today, PM Oli committed integrate the system of vehicle tax, licenses and services of Public Service commission in the app.

Urging all to make use of the app at most, the PM expressed his hope that youths would lead in using the app.

He also said the app would ensure the end of corruption in the country as it would help to cater government services with ease.

Meantime, Communications and Information Technology Minister Parbat Gurung has said the government has been working to make the government services available twenty-four seven.

Unveiling the Citizen App at the Ministry on Friday, Minister Gurung said with the help of the app, the citizens would be able to have access to government services even at night or public holidays. The app is prepared with the aim of providing all government services in an integrated manner.
