Seeking fresh mandate, a progressive move : FM Gyawali

Palpa- Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has defended the Government of Nepal’s (GoN) recent announcement to go for a fresh mandate, saying it was not a regressive move.

At a training session for front-line cadres of Nepal Communist Party in Palpa on Saturday, he said rights of the citizens would be secured by conducting elections in the coming Nepali month of Baisekh.

Stating that the GoN had not only made strategic plans, Minister Gyawali informed that it had also done minor works related to the grassroots people.

Minister Gyawali also dismissed allegations made against the GoN , stating that it had done nothing wrong.
