Mountain flights begin after eight months   

Kathmandu- The Mountain flights have resumed after eight months of closure due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Two private air services- The Buddha Air and Yeti Airlines- resumed the mountain flights targeting domestic tourists on Saturday. The Buddha Air conducted three flights- one ATR-72 and two ATR-42- flying 150 passengers to view the mountains.

Spokesperson at Yeti Airlines Sudarshan Bartaula said the mountain flight was encouraging. For the mountain flight, one has to pay 8,900 per person
