Dilasaini Rural Municipality in Baitadi goes into 11-day lockdown

Lockdown has been imposed in Dilasaini Rural Municipality of Baitadi district for 11 days, citing surge in risk of coronavirus infection.

Chief administrative Officer of the Rural Municipality, Pankha Bahadur Shah said the rural municipality went into a lockdown after coronavirus infection was confirmed in additional six persons in the area on Tuesday.

He said, the risk of coronavirus has increased with 16 active cases in the area and the lockdown is imposed as per the decision of the Disaster Management Committee.
