Govt. committed to saving lives and livelihoods : P.M. Oli
Kathmandu- Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reiterated the government’s commitment to saving people’s lives and livelihoods.
Addressing the 2nd Global Knowledge conference organized virtually by Non-Resident Nepalese Association on Friday, PM Oli claimed that there were no shortages of food due to COVID-19 pandemic.
He also promised that the government would help if anyone were facing problems due to the pandemic.
Saying the government was ready to cooperate with all, PM Oli stressed on the unity among Nepalese across the world.
He also sought the roles of the non-resident Nepalese in the prosperity of the country by skills and knowledge transfer.
The three-day conference will see more than 300 experts from different universities and research centres of 25 countries present their papers regarding coronavirus and its impact.
