Meeting between Prime Minister Deuba and UML Chairman Oli in Baluwatar

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and the main opposition party CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli had a meeting today.
The leaders said that they discussed contemporary political issues in the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar. CPN-UML Vice President Subash Nembang, who participated in the meeting, informed that there was a discussion between them about the elections of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly to be held on November 20, the bill submitted to the House of Representatives regarding the Truth and Reconciliation and Commission of Inquiry into Disappeared Persons, and the Citizenship Bill sent back to the Parliament by the President with a message.
Prime Minister Deuba said that he has taken the issues raised by Chairman Oli positively and will discuss them in the ruling coalition as well.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki and UML Vice Presidents Subash Nembang and Bishnu Paudel also participated in the meeting between Prime Minister Deuba and Chairman Oli.
