PM Deuba directs Nepali Army to expedite construction of Kathmandu Tarai Madhes Fast Track

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has sought help from the security agencies to hold elections in a free and fearless environment.

Addressing an annual review meeting of the Ministry of Defense in Kathmandu today, Prime Minister Deuba who also holds the portfolio of the Defense Ministry said highlighted the need for assistance from the security agencies to conclude the federal and provincial elections on the 20^th of November successfully.

The prime minister also equally emphasized the cooperation of civil society and political parties to peacefully hold the elections.

Meantime, Prime Minister Deuba directed the Nepali Arm to expedite the construction work of the Kathmandu Tarai Madhes Fast Track. He also assured to address the problems faced during the construction of the fast track.
