Matter of enhancing Radio Nepal’s broadcast quality discussed

Janakpurdham: Madhesh Province Home and Communication Minister Bharat Prasad Shah and Radio Nepal’s Executive Director Buddhi Bahadur K.C. discussed the matter of enhancing the quality of Radio Nepal’s broadcast from Janakpurdham.

In the meeting held at Minister Shah’s office in Janakpurdham today, the discussion was held regarding setting up of 1 Kilo watt F.M repeater tower to make the regional and central broadcast of Radio Nepal with the help of the province government.

The discussion also got focused on setting up an F. M. studio of 103 MHZ at a go down of Janakpur Cigarette factory and expanding the regional broadcast hours from the present 4 hours.

On the occasion, Province Minister Shah said the provincial government would lead the equipment procurement after discussing the matter with Chief Minister and the team.

Similarly, the team led by Radio Nepal’s Executive Director K.C. discussed the matter of setting up an F.M station and repeater tower in Madhesh Province with Madhesh Province Home and Communication Secretary Ram Kumar Mahato.

Deputy Executive Director Krishna Chandra Poudel and Radio Nepal’s Bardibas Regional Office Chief Ram Pukar Ram were also present at the meeting.
