PM Deuba urges domestic and foreign investors to invest in Nepal with high confidence

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged domestic and foreign investors to invest with high confidence in Nepal as the government has created environment conducive for investments.

Addressing the silver jubilee of the Society of Economic Journalists-Nepal in Kathmandu Wednesday, Prime Minister Deuba vowed to protect the investments and properties of investors in Nepal.

He also pledged to speed up country’s economy revival that was tented severely by COVID-19.

Similarly, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma stressed the need for increasing capital expenditure and using new technologies for development and upating laws and acts as per the demand of the time.

Likewise, President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries Bishnu Agrawal underscored the need for coordination and cooperation between the government and private sector to promote industries and create employment opportunities in the country.
