Nepal Fertilizers Industry decides to produce chemical fertilizer locally

April24, Kathmandu: Nepal Fertilizers Industry has decided to set up a factory to produce chemical fertilizer locally at Krishnapur Municipality-6 of Kanchanpur utilizing raw materials available within the country.

Factory proprietor Umakant Joshi has said preparations are underway to operate the factory within coming mid-July.

He further said it is planning to produce DAP, NTK and potassium in the first phase.
