Australian Ambassador calls on Minister Thapa

March 24, Kathmandu: Australian ambassador to Nepal Felicity Volk paid a courtesy call on Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa at the latter’s office Singh Durbar on Tuesday.

Matters relating to mutual cooperation and benefit were discussed in the meeting.

On the occasion, Minister Thapa wished for the successful tenure of the new envoy of Australia in Nepal. Minister Thapa also urged Ambassador to help bring more investment to Nepal from Australia.

Similarly, Ambassador Felicity committed to help to increase Australian investment and further strengthen the areas of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
