NA Chair Timalsina stresses on strengthening provincial and local governments for effective implementation of federalism

February 26, Kathmandu: National Assembly Chair Ganesh Pd Timalsina has stressed on strengthening provincial and local governments for effective implementation of federalism.

Addressing the 21st General Assembly and 15th National Convention of the Nepal Public Administration Union on Friday, National Assembly Chair Timalsina said, the local and provincial government should be made stronger to implement federalism effectively.

He also urged the local and provincial governments to identify resources for their own development instead of remaining dependent on the federal government.
