Fiscal indicators positive : FM Poudel

January 21, Kathmandu: Minister for Finance Bishnu Prasad Paudel has said Nepal’s fiscal indicators are positive in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Addressing the 54^th anniversary of Agriculture Development Bank on Wednesday, Minister Paudel said the county’s overall fiscal indicators were positive despite some adverse impact in revenue mobilization due to the pandemic.

The finance minister claimed that the government was effortful to mobile the county’s economy and increase productivity despite the pandemic.

On the occasion, Minister Paudel launched “Agriculture Bond” and “Farmer Credit Card” mobile applications to encourage the farmers in digital transactions.
