Dr. Govinda KC to end his hunger strike today

Kathmandu- The Government and Dr Govinda K.C have signed an 8-point agreement for addressing the demands put forth by  Dr KC.

Prof. Dr KC has been on a hunger strike for the last 27 days demanding far-reaching reforms in the medical education sector.

Dr K.C himself and the coordinator of the Government’s dialogue team Secretary at the Education Ministry Gopi Nath Mainali signed the agreement paper at midnight on Saturday

With the agreement signed, Dr KC will be ending his hunger strike on Sunday morning.
