Women and Social Committee directes NWC to deliver services to violence survivors

Kathmandu: The Women and Social Committee under the House of Representatives has directed the National Women Commission (NWC) to deliver services to violence survivors in a sensitive way.

Committee president Niru Devi Pal said a meeting of the Committee held on Tuesday instructed the National Women Commission to focus on the promotion of the overall interests of women and serve them effectively.

The Committee urged NWC to ensure effective collaboration and take integrated efforts to meet its objectives and goals.
