Two killed in tractor accident

Kapilvastu: Two people were killed on the spot when a tractor overturned in Buddhabhumi Municipality-3 in Kapilvastu district.

According to the Area Police Office, Gorusinge the tractor met with an accident at 7 this morning.

An empty tractor carrying labour to load sand had fallen about 5 meters from the road.

The deceased has been identified as 48-year-old Shiva Kumari Tharu and 16-year-old Phul Kumari Tharu.

Similarly, Police Inspector Leela Ram Acharya confirmed 4 people have been injured in the incident.

Among the injured 1 person is said to be in critical condition. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
