Man dies after being hit by tractor in Gulmi

Gulmi, March 18: A man was killed after being struck by a tractor in Madane Rural Municipality, Gulmi district.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru said the deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Salikram Chand of Aglungphedi, Madane-1.

Chand sustained serious injuries in the accident and later died while undergoing treatment at Tamghas Hospital.

The tractor driver has been taken into custody for further investigation.
