PM Oli meets Italian legend Buffon ahead of KP Oli Cup Final

March 3, Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli met with Gianluigi Buffon, the legendary goalkeeper of the Italian national football team, at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Monday morning. Buffon is in Nepal as the chief guest for the closing ceremony of the third KP Oli Cup Football Championship, hosted by the National Youth Association Nepal.
The meeting included PM’s spouse Radhika Shakya, PM Oli’s Chief Advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal, Chief Secretary Eknarayan Aryal, All Nepal Football Association President Pankaj Rai, National Youth Association Nepal Chairman Kshitij Thebe, and members of Buffon’s family.
The KP Oli Cup, which began on February 23, concludes on Monday at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.
