Chief of Army Staff Sigdel calls on Chinese Defense Minister

Kathmandu: Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), Ashok Raj Sigdel, currently on an official visit to the People’s Republic of China, paid a courtesy call on Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun.

Matters of mutual interest and bilateral military relations were discussed during the meeting, according to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Nepal Army.

During the visit, CoAS Sigdel on September 16 visited China’s National Defence University and also attended the inaugural session of the ’13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum’ held in Beijing, the capital of China.
