Free eye camp benefits 1,400 individuals

Sindhupalchok: The Rotary Club of Dhulikhel recently organized a free eye check-up event that benefited 1,400 individuals across four municipalities in the district.

The camp took place in Chautara Saganchokgadi Municipality-5, Melamchi Municipality-11, Barhabise Municipality-3, and Indravati Rural Municipality-5, where participants received eye tests and were given necessary medications.

Ashok Kumar Shrestha, the camp coordinator for the club, shared that they also performed 100 cataract surgeries during the event.

This initiative was made possible with the support of Rotary Club Australia, RCC Sindhupalchok, and several other organizations. RSS
