Reduce Turn Application to Zero Campaign in Jhapa
Jhapa: The District Administration Office in Jhapa is launching a campaign called ‘Reduce Turn Application to Zero,’ which will offer national identity card and passport services, even on public holidays.
Chief District Officer Shravan Kumar Pokharel mentioned that the “Zero Pending Application Campaign” will run until October 1, aiming to provide quick and efficient service to those waiting for biometric and other procedures after filling out their online applications.
During this campaign, the office will be open daily from 7 am to 6 pm, ensuring that services continue uninterrupted, even on public holidays. Currently, there’s a high demand for National Identity Card and Passport services at the office.
The campaign’s goal is to eliminate the backlog of applicants waiting for their turn. The District Administration Office has issued a public notice encouraging all customers who have applied online and are waiting for their turn to visit the office during the campaign period with their necessary documents.
