Cloudy Skies and Rain Likely Across Several Provinces

Kathmandu, April 27: Weather conditions across Nepal are being influenced by a mix of westerly and local winds, along with a low-pressure system that is active over eastern parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, skies are expected to remain generally cloudy over Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. Meanwhile, hilly and mountainous regions of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, along with Madhes, will experience partly cloudy conditions.

The department has also forecast light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning in several areas of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Temporary gusty winds are also likely during these weather events.

Authorities have advised the public to remain cautious, especially in areas prone to sudden weather changes.
