52 polling stations in Jumla classified as highly sensitive

Jumla: Fifty-two polling stations in Jumla district have been categorized as highly sensitive ahead of the House of Representatives election on March 5.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabin Babu Regmi said polling stations have been divided into three categories to ensure peaceful and fear-free voting.

The district, which has one municipality and seven rural municipalities, has 85 polling stations in total. Of these, 52 are highly sensitive, 18 are sensitive, and 15 are general.

Jumla has 71,739 registered voters, including 34,280 women and 37,459 men.em, 34,280 are women and 37,459 men.
