Chief Minister Singh leaves for Switzerland

Janakpur, Aug 30: Chief Minister of Madhes Province, Satish Kumar Singh, has left for Switzerland today to participate in an event being held there.

Chief Minister Singh’s press adviser Avadhesh Jha said Chief Minister Singh will participate in the event scheduled to be held in Switzerland from August 31 to September 6. During the programme, discussions will be held on topics including intergovernmental cooperation under the federal system, as well as sharing of international experiences, according to the Chief Minister’s press advisor Jha.

Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development, Saroj Kumar Yadav, has been assigned the duties of Acting Chief Minister during Chief Minister Singh’s absence.
