NC to bear accommodation cost of convention delegates for one more day

Kathmandu: In view of the decision to conduct voting for the 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress on Friday morning, the party decided to bear the cost of accommodation and meals for one more day to event representatives.

Organising a press conference on Thursday, NC treasurer Umesh Shrestha shared that the party would bear expenses for one more day in Kathmandu to ease the stay of General Convention representatives.

Earlier, NC had aimed at concluding the event by today. But it prolonged for various reasons including adverse weather.

Shrestha, however, said the party would make necessary arrangement to avoid additional financial burden on the delegates.
