Kathmandu, July 29: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has called an all-party meeting on Tuesday to discuss the recent Sunsari incident and other pressing national issues.

According to RSP General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya, the meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am at the Public Accounts Committee meeting hall in Singha Durbar.

Leaders of all political parties represented in the Federal Parliament have been invited to attend. Invitations have also been extended to parties led by Upendra Yadav, Mahantha Thakur and CK Raut.

Acharya said Lamichhane had formally written to the political parties requesting their participation and also personally contacted several party leaders by telephone to encourage their attendance.

The meeting is expected to focus on the Sunsari incident and explore a common political approach to addressing the situation and maintaining peace and social harmony.
